Conditions for postponing the delivery of an item by the customer
The customer can postpone the delivery of the item no later than 24 hours before delivery.
Delivery service in Tbilisi
In case of furniture delivery to Tbilisi, we will notify the customer the day before;
Items worth 500+ GEL are delivered free within 3 business days of purchase.
If the value of the item does not exceed 500 GEL, the delivery fee is 50 GEL and is delivered within 3 business days of purchase.
Delivery service outside the city
In case of delivery outside the city, we will notify the customer 2-3 days in advance.
Conditions for moving furniture to higher floors
ნივთის ატანის საფასური ემატება მხოლოდ იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ ნივთის ატანა ვერ ხერხდება ლიფტით.
Carrying a small item to the 1st floor – 10 GEL
Carrying a medium-sized item to the 1st floor – 20 GEL
Carrying a large item to the 1st floor – 30 GEL
